This product is a wax dispersion developed for the water-based ink and coating industry, which significantly improves the wear resistance, anti adhesion and other properties of coatings, while providing good anti slip effect. This product is compatible with pigments and polar resinsHas good compatibility.

3、 Usage suggestions

1. It is recommended to add this product in the later stage of production. If it is added during the preparation process, attention should be paid to the dispersion effect and its impact on viscosity.

2. The recommended dosage for this product is 3% -8% of the water-based coating, and the specific dosage needs to be determined by the user based on experiments. The dosage can reach up to 10%.

3. This product can be added to water-soluble resins, water-based emulsion resins, or water-based pigment pastes.

4、 Packaging specifications

50kg/plastic drum, 120kg/plastic drum.

This product is non hazardous and requires anti freezing and sun protection. After use, the container should be sealed tightly. Valid for 12 months.
